Grafiks Signs

Review: We hired this Grafiks Signs to create an outdoor sign mounted on an existing pole. Upon looking at the sign, it was determined - by [redacted], Owner at Grafiks - that there needed to be electrical repairs done. We contracted Grafiks to complete said repairs and they were paid in full.Mere months later, the electrical is not working properly and the sign is not lighting up. We contacted [redacted] at Grafiks, who replied by saying that we had not contracted him to do that scope of work. When we provided a receipt from him showing that we in fact had (and paid him), he then said there was only a 90 day warranty, and that was only on the light bulbs. When we pointed out that a) that had never been communicated anywhere, and b) it had been less than a year and he should come out to address the matter, he stopped responding altogether.This business is acting in bad faith, having done poor quality work, collecting payment, and leaving us high and dry.He also never returned the bottom part of the sign that he had taken to repair/paint.Desired Settlement: If [redacted] is unwilling or unable to address the issues with the work his company did for us, we would like a refund to hire another company who will stand behind their work. Additionally, we'd like the bottoms of the sign returned immediately.
