Graebel Northeastern Movers, Inc.

Review: We used Graebel for a residential household move from NJ to Florida. They packed us on June 8th and moved us on June 9th. We received delivery on June 15th in Florida. We are missing 2 sentimental items that were packed by Graebel. A vase that was located in our master bathroom did not show up in Florida. We did receive the dried flower arrangement that we had in the vase. The vase was purchased in Italy and was a gift to my wife from her Mom. We also are missing a snow village courthouse which I purchased for my wife in 1993. We received all of the other snow villages in our collection. The vase and snow village would have been packed with other items. We paid for insurance and Graebel will not honor our claim for missing items. We realized these items were missing within 24 hours of the delivery in Florida. I went through all of the packing material and cardboard to further verify that they were missing. Graebel provided a Arbitrator website, but you have to pay $300.00 to lodge a complaint.Desired Settlement: We are requesting that the insurance claim of 400.00 be honored.
