Grady's Auto & Truck Parts

All my receipts give the warranty on the bottom it clearly explains he has 90 days to return it for a full refund.He refuses to return it for another one or his money back.Hs refund would be $1063.25 that is what he paid for it,but for some reason he want s $5000.Thats never going to happen.He sounds like he has done this before ,he is a con man.

reached out to Gradys and he told me he was not willing to resolve the situation. I am asking $5,000.00 because I spend money towing the car, paying the mechanic to install the transmission, storage fee and emotional distress.
