We were told on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 that if we place our order (for a cap and gown) on that day, then we would receive our products the following week, as early as Wednesday, March 11, 2020. When we arrived at the store, on Thursday, March 12, 2020, we were told they did not have our products and they did not know when the products would arrive. We were also blamed for not ordering the products at an earlier date. At that point, we requested a refund but we were told they could not give us a refund, even though they did not provide us with the products we ordered.
Issued a refund check on 3/21/2020 Mailed A.m. 3/22/2020 dropped at mailbox. Then picked up mail @ SA office Sun 3/22/2020 to rcv the Revdex.com letter.

Email chain attached saying I would refund. Had to ask 2x for address to mail to refund proof attached. I never spoke of re-stocking fee. Unsure why she says this.
