Gracious Hands Cleaning

I paid for a service and did not receive it.I purchased from [redacted] a coupon for cleaning from GracDesired SettlementI purchased a coupon off[redacted] for three hours of cleaning by Gracious Hands Cleaning. My appointment was for June 17, 2014 at 0900. I left specific instructions as to what I needed done which included, vacuuming, mopping, dustinting anc cleaning of bathrooms. When I got home, I noticed that the only thing they did was vacuum and straighten things on my tables and in my bathroom. I called and spoke with[redacted], I believe she said and she stated she would check and call me back. I did ot hear back from her so I sent her an email of which I have a copy. I still did not hear back from her and I called again and got voicemail. I again left a message and sent another email. As of this date, I have not heard anything from them. I just wanted done what I paid for. I even invited her to come and take a look to see that nothing was done. I even took photos of spider webs, dust and so forth.
