I am rejecting this response because:What is "alot" in reference to dress...

hemming? If I tell a customer their spark plugs cost $500 and I tell them it's because "you needed 10 plugs and it took a lot of hours", I'd probably lose my job. At the very least, if a complaint of that nature came to me regarding one of my employees and I had sufficient evidence to know it's true, someone would be unemployed. I hold the dress shop to the same standard I hold fabrication shops, to the same standard I hold a mechanic. If I can see a statement detailing time spent multiplied by your hourly rate, plus your cost of material, I would have been more understanding. It is currently clear to me that no such document was ever made. Without a shred of evidence to support what I've been told, my position will not move. My desire for an adjustment of the final bill to match the quote stands, as the service rendered was in fact satisfactory.
