that says CNG vehicle!!!! carpool lane apporoved sticker on there tooWe sold him the vehicle "as is" he signed many documents I can email you showing his signature on al proper legal documents per dmv lawWe do this exactly for this reason to avoid law suits and avoid bad reviews on the Revdex.com website "as is : means "as is" no warranties given implied or promised in any ways,In any dealer or business situation its the same as is is as is,,,NO other way of misinterpreting that,.very very simple .not sure why the the confusionHe states we bought the vehicle cheaplyThat's just speculationWe called up the DMV ,ARB , even the BAR, to ask about this vehicle I perosonally did this,, They all told me the same thingIf he wanted the vehicle and signed the as is agreement ,, that cng thing is a maintenance issue , so the buyer is responsible for the maintenancenot the dealerThat is my understandingI looked up how much it would cost to re certify the tank,, it costs about $per my researchIll happlily issue him a $check for thisIf he wants us to buy back the vehicle,, we can offer him the *** trade in value of about $fair market price.*** So hopefully we can resolve this happily and peacefullyWere a understandable business , weve sold literally about vehicles year to date,, never had a complaintso let me know please,, I barely received your letter as I only check mail weekly *** *** ***
