Review: [redacted] (owner of GQ's Tile and Bath) is a contractor who agreed to fix a leak in our bathroom and re-finish said bathroom. He told us multiple times (over 5 times) in person and on the phone that he would remove the trash in our backyard that he left from re-doing our bathroom. He has not removed the trash. This trash includes 6 trash bags full of heavy construction materials, a toilet, and the old shower from the bathroom. [redacted] said that he would remove the trash if we paid the dump fee and we agreed. The trash is currently sitting in our backyard. We have called him repeatedly and asked him to do this and every time he says that he will and never does. Most recently, he was supposed to pick up the trash on April 7, 2014 and he did not.Desired Settlement: We want [redacted] to pick up the trash and take it to the dump. We will pay the $100 dump fee. We already paid him $7,000 for labor.
