As per our agreement, I picked up your doors after showing you what the outcome could look likeI further explained to you these were not going to come out looking like newNever at any time was there any guarantee that it would have a factory finish appliedThe doors were old, bewith a few gouges, and had paint on them in various places These painted areas were striped from the doors and then stained with the existing stain again We agreed the doors would be stained with a black stain over the top of the existing stain to darken the door color I brought the doors back to you Payment was made to end our contract for work performed I have been doing this for almost years and have an extensive list of satisfied customersThe doors were hand-done and coatings were applied on what we agreed upon When we spoke over the phone I agreed to a discount because of your un-met expectations, but I still do not agree upon your discount amount Attached is a copy of our agreement for the work performed: 8/8/Hi [redacted] , This proposal is for stripe areas of white paint and refinish three doors in a black stain for $1,This will leave part of the existing stain color on the doors to show through First the white paint will be removedThen a black stain will be applied over the existing stain to darken the door colorThen semi-gloss clear coats will be added for more protection I will proceed with the process as soon as you accept this proposal Currently have the doors and will return them to you soon Thank you for your business and $deposit

few gouges, and had paint on them in various places.  These painted areas were striped from the doors and then stained with the existing stain again.  We agreed the doors would be stained with a black stain over the top of the existing stain to darken the door color.  I brought the doors back to you.  Payment was made to end our contract for work performed.    I have been doing this for almost 40 years and have an extensive list of satisfied customers.
