about years ago I bought a ceiling fan for my living room and about years ago I broke the class globe on it while painting
I searched on and off for years to find a replacement to no avail but I read an article about the fan I had and referenced GP Warranty as a place to maybe get a new one
One call and about mins and I had a new globe on order and in a week I had it my hand Great service, the customer rep I talked with was fast and courteous
I great experience and could not be happier...........thanks
Purchased ceiling fan 7/2/16, Licensed electrician installed new attic wiring, triple checked that all wires were connected correctly.he went to turn it on & the motor did not work.I drove 30 miles round trip to get another one. Called Farmington customer service XXX-XXX[redacted] to share my experience. The electrician is charging me additional $$$$ to come back out. Farmington does not allow any monetary compensation for this charge due to faulty product, time and trouble. Very disappointed
not only with the faulty product, but also with Farmington.
