GP Customs Diesel Repair

Hi my name is ***. I took my 2012 freightliner coronado to get fix at GP customs diesel repair the owner ***. MY truck had a blow by cylinder #5 so *** told me that it was fixable so he rebuilt the engine. I took in the truck on april 22 2019 and when he finish it on jun 7 2019 he called me that the engine look up on him that he will have to check it in the morning at wen he did cylinders #3,#4,#6 were bad. so he took the block and crankshaft to the machine shop to inspect it and they told gariel that block was no good and the crankshaft was no good too. so he told them if they could get it into the right spec. So they did, wen *** rebuilt it for the second time. I took the truck on September 19 2019 fresno truck center to get a Dino test it pass. I got the truck back on September 22 2019 and I work Monday 23 , Tuesday 24 ,Wednesday 25 on Thursday night was was going to pick up a load for Friday and the truck lock up on me.So I had to get a tow truck to tow it to fresno truck center so they can check what was wrong with it so they did and they engine was no good it had to much metal inside the engine.I called *** he said that he had lost money on rebuilding it twice that the money I owed him from the first repair to called it even, but I gave him $9,500 and the total was 17163.89 the remaining balance was 7663.89. So he dosent want to fixed it or pay for the damage.
