Review: Dresses received are not the same as dresses orderd (4 in total). Attempted to rectify w/the company but they stopped responding to my emails once I sent photos of the dress received vs the dress ordered. (My 1st 2 emails were responded to w/in an hour, now there are 3 unanswered emails in 5 days. They do not have a phone number or a mailing address listed on their website.Order numbers[redacted]Desired Settlement: I was OK initially w/sending the dresses back and having them re-made, however, due to the lack of service received I now would like full refunds issued on all 4 orders and I would like to send the dresses back to the company at their cost.

I thought I saw on the website that they were in NY but I can't find it now. There is no address on the payment transactions.
