Governors Inn Hotel

Review: I was told that I would receive my refund of $111.00 within 3-5 business days. It's three week. We were not allowed to stay so I deserve a refund.

I stayed at the Governors Inn on October 2 because they have a no pet policy we were asked to leave there were no vacancies elsewhere. Very aggravated to be ousted in the middle of the night with my nine year old daughter. Horrible courtesy. I have called several times in the last two and half weeks being given the run around or no response at all to phone calls or emails.Desired Settlement: $111.00 restored to my account ending in [redacted].
