E-mail contact between parties is as follows: 11/4/15, 10/29/15, 10/19/15, 10/13/15, 9/30/15, 9/24/15, 9/23/15, 9/23/15, 9/22/15, 9/21/15, 9/15/15, 9/8/15, 8/27/15, 8/24/15, 7/23/15, /7/22/15, 7/16/15. In the majority of the responses from the company owner, he issued a repeated apology, promised immediate results, put some blame on his 3rd party distributor, promised a tracking number, said we were a high priority as a customer, and promised to resolve it ASAP. None of which has occurred to NAVAIR's satisfaction. In addition, on 8/24/15, my government purchase card was charged for $2,983 without any product being shipped at that time which goes against federal government business rules. I reported it to my bank as a dispute. The vendor tried to issue a credit, and then I was charged again on Sep 3rd for $2,953, and again did not receive the television. I have been given numerous excuses as to why the product is missing, and I have been guaranteed results within the next day and it never happens. I requested a tracking number for this television, and I can not get one from the vendor. Our company had great difficulty in reconciling these charges and could not close our books by the end of the fiscal year. We can not do a goods receipt for the product. I am unable to get the charge out of my computer system and have reported it again as a dispute. I am unable to reconcile and since we paid for product and shipping for something we did not receive, we may have no choice but to report it. I notified the owner in advance that I would be filing a Revdex.com report, and 3 weeks later there are still no results. We have to reconcile our books as this is a government organization, and we need to receive the product within 1 week's time.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order
