Goutremout Brothers Construction, LLC are not going to move the leach field for Mr*** without
further compensation.
Mr*** completed all zoning permits through his
townWe were informed by Mr*** where his
property lines were and that they were where he had brush logged the landOur company is not a
surveying companyIt is the responsibility of the homeowner to know where their property lines are
Mr*** was at the job site numerous times and not once was there an issue until his bank surveyed
for the closing and they told him his property line was not where he thought it wasWe have pictures
where he mowed all of his property lines and a copy of the plot layout he gave to the zoning office that
showed the distance of property lines from the house, which he had staked out
