gourmet candle

On April 25, 2019 I purchased a prepaid 3 month subscriptions for this company's candles. I bought it for my mother as a Mother's day present. I paid $90.00 upfront. First months order came fine and right away. Next shipment did not come. I had to contact them and then they sent it out. The third shipment has not been sent out. I have contacted them twice with no follow up with me or sending it out.
I don't know what else I can do except file a complaint.
