I move to NY but still own a property in NHI hire him to do a Flashing job last year, I pay him in full before he started the job, he then assure me that the job was done, I recently have home inspection by the City of Manchester the inspection failed one of the reason is read as follow: line: Roofs: Repair Flashing at roof line to prevent deterioration soffit I called and texted him with picture of the letter but he never return my call I have to pay someone else to do the job before re-inspectionHow can I solve this issue since I am almost hours away?
