Paid rent on October 4. Still saying my rent is late. Getting upset with them not responding to my complaint. They better not charge me late fees because I have proof the rent was not late.

I've rented an apartment from them and anytime I call about a problem they get so rude over the phone for no reason. I hate dealing with these snobby people anymore. Its better to hire an outside person to do simple repairs cause dealing with them just ruins my whole day. Idk how anyone can be so mean.

The information given by the tenant is incorrect. Her letter was typed and clearly shows a date of June 3, -- not May 31st. Secondly, the letter was mailed and I received it on June 9, -- again not May 31st. Our Lease Agreement clearly states that we expect a 60-day
written notice prior to the end of the lease term in our main office. The complaintant is using August 1, as the end of the lease term when it actually is July 31, 2016. Our company is very strict on the 60-day written notice. If I accept a 59-day or a 58-day notice, then I have to accept a 57-day or 45-day notice. This is why we are strict on the 60-day notice. Fortunately for the tenant, ***, she was due for a rent increase. As stated in our Lease Agreement, if you receive a rent increase letter, you have the option of not accepting the rent increase and move out of the apartment, breaking the lease agreement under no penalty. Because of this turn of events, *** is now moving out of the apartment without penalty
