Review: I rented a trumpet for my son. I was told by [redacted] that if my son quits I would get a refund on my lease except for the first 60 down payment. Today 11/20/13 I went in to return the trumpet and was told that I would have to request a refund that they may not give me. If I new this I would have rented some where else. All I am seeking is my 30 dollars back

Enclosed please find Refund Check #XXXXX for the amount of $30. I apologize for the confusion

of my employees. I do not have an employee named "[redacted]" therefore I am writing this letter.

Also enclosed please find all the information as I received it.

As you can see, the instrument was returned on November 20, 2013. The autopay was

withdrawn from your account on November 15, 2013, (per your agreement), five days earlier,

thus the confusion. My employees were following company procedures.

When I received the letter from the Revdex.com, we were already in the process of

issuing a check. It often takes a few days for this course of action to transpire.

Gottschalk Music Center, is always concerned about unsatisfied customers as well as customer

service issues. I hope that both have been rectified.
