receiving your letter Gothic researched our files and could not find any attempt by Mr. [redacted] of contacting Gothic for any repairs at his residence.  I contacted Mr. [redacted] on 11-7-16 to discuss his complaint and the specific issues he was having.  On Wednesday 11-9-16 our Superintendent made contact with Mr. [redacted] and set an appointment to meet with him at his residence Wednesday 11-16-16 at 2pm.  We will assess the repair items in question by Mr. [redacted] on 11-16-16 and attempt to satisfy his concerns at that time. I will follow up when we are completed with the appointment and homeowner satisfaction.  Please let me know if you have any questions/concerns. Thank You,Matt B[redacted]
