They do not provide internet service on a consistent basis. We have made them aware of the issue numerous times. Nothing gets fixed and if it does it is only for a short time. They don't return messages when left. I understand that things need to get upgraded however, they never provide notice if there is a disruption in service. When there is something wrong it's always excuse after excuse. When it's all said and done they don't provide the service we pay for on a consistent basis.

Delivery We want them to deliver the service we pay for. On their website they say they provide fast reliable service. From the experience that I've had it is neither fast or reliable. Also, when I don't get service I should not be expected to pay my bill.

I have spoken to *** by phone and have now been able to access the emails
on file for this client.
The emails where sent to [email protected].
I apologize as the last while we have migrated to *** as 3rd
party email provider. My tech support just recently confirmed info@gotgeek
was properly activated.

We at Gotgeek strive to provide cost effective internet services to all our
customers. There are cases where clients are difficult to reach. We have
these discussions with the potential clients before proceeding to install a
link to service. As Technology improves, we have a better opportunity to
serve these areas and provide better service to hard to reach areas.
Providing a cost effective link is a challenge in low populated areas.

We have office personal from Monday to Thursday with phone messaging during
off hours. These messages are checked regularly and responded to as needed.
I will accept responsibility and apologize if not every call is returned on
a personal level but action is taken on the calls we receive.
In this particular case, Gotgeek is aware of the challenges and have made
progress in improving the internet experience on the client side. Yes we
have more do, as we are.

We do not ask any of our clients to sign contracts nor lock them in with any
preconditions.
We have offered reduced rates and cancelled some monthly billings in cases
were we had reasonable grounds to do so during upgrades and interruptions..

I ask that patience would be the the best way to resolve the challenges.
I have been on the premises of both families many times in this case and
would have hoped that these concerns were directed to me in person.

Work is in progress as this is being written, in all geographical areas we
serve to enhance the service to our clients.
We promise to do better as a rural internet service provider.
