Review: Ordered a kitchen window blind on June 25, 2014 and have never received the product or a date which is will be installed. Numerous phone calls and emails have been sent and not acknowledged.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund of $91.15 of the deposit paid to Betty Corbitt, who cashed the check on July 1, 2014.

Review: On January 9, 2014 we ordered honeycomb shades from [redacted] and gave her a deposit of $1,181.95 which was charged to our credit card on January 11, 2014. After we did not hear from her about the status of our order, we tried contacting her multiple times by multiple means (phone, e-mail, and text messaging in February 2014 and a certified letter sent March 3, 2014) to inquire about the status of the order and request either the delivery of the products or a refund of our deposit. As of today, we have not heard from [redacted].Desired Settlement: We would like a refund of the $1,181.95 which was charged to us.
