Review: I placed an on- line order for chocolate bars on 11/**/2013 and paid through PayPal. The company was having issues making delivery of the product ordered. I spoke with Grant Newsteder by phone and e-mail. I was understanding to his problem and gave him time to correct. I asked for a refund or replacement product. He said he would do both. As time went by I moved out of the time frame to file a complaint with PayPal. 3 months later, I still have not received any replacement product or the refund. I am out $24.75.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back. When I order on-line, I expect to receive the product ordered.
