Got Bugs? Exterminating

I told my neighbor that I found some small worms in my condo n he told me they could be termites. I remember my niece had a good experience with a company with a memorable name "Got bugs?" I decided to check them out through the Revdex.com. They were a member n had no reviews - good or bad - I decided to fill-out there on-line questionnaire . I requested to be contacted before 9 am or after 3 pm. I received a call the next day at 0830 am. The receptionist asked more questions n it seemed to her that it could a one time incident n that I could wait a few weeks n see if I still saw them crawling on my ceramic floors. I wanted to be sure that the worms I saw were not termites so I scheduled a visit, same day at 2:30 pm I was told that [redacted] or [redacted] would be my exterminators. [redacted] really knows worms, after he looked in and outside on two condos he told me the worms I described looked like pinworm found in animals, I recently adopted a cat. He went out of his way and showed me a picture of a pinworm on his cellphone - they were my WORMS!! [redacted] is very easy to talk to and a great listener, he was able to find the cause of my problem and at no cost. Thank you Got Bugs for sending me [redacted] (That cat I adopted belonged my beloved Mother)
