Hello!
in January 2020 I ordered two pairs of boots from this site, one black, the other brown. I received both pairs in black, this on the one hand, and the most annoying is that I received a different quality than the one mentioned on the site.
I mention the fact that the parcel arrived from China, not the United States.
I requested by email to the company gosteampunk to specify the exact address to which I must send the products back and for a month I have not received any answer.

I hope that at least no more customers fall into the trap called, "***", which once you have paid for a product, besides sending you a crap brand, China "will not respond to your requests. ..... money back we don't even talk about.... :(

I sent *** this email in response to him wanting to return the boots that were sent in the wrong color.
He accepted the offer for 50% refund on March 2.

I refunded the agreed ammount on March 5.
He filed the report with you guys the day after he accepted the 50% off and the matter was resolved.
Considering the fact that he filed after everything was taken care of to his satisfaction, I really don't feel that this is a valid claim or complaint against our business.
