Incomplete merchandise refused to issue refund. Offered 70% back rather than making the issue right. Complete scam company.

Placed order on April 8, 2020, states item (Made in USA) will be shipped in 1-2 business days and to allow 10-15 business days for delivery. I have contacted customer service email (no phone number) many times and YESTERDAY they created a tracking number and I was told it was taking longer because of civic and international shipping? They are supposed to be in Michigan and I am in PA. Today is the 20th business day and it has not been shipped and I want a refund. When looking at my bank statement it was billed to a company under a different name. I want a refund.
