I did this back in September and she contacted me in March trying to tell me her painter for a broken window months after I did the inspectionShe wanted me to pay for the window and I refused since months had gone by and renters lived there for few months prior to them moving inWe don't
think we missed anything and find it strange they contacted us about itAs stated in her report we don't open and close every window which I can provideThis is nothing more than a woman who started rehabing a home months after purchase and trying to get us to pay for a broken window which more than likely was broken after the inspectionThe home inspection is the condition of the house at the time of the inspection and is not a warranty for months to come for anything that can break in the futureWe'd appreciate it if you seen this for what it is and remove the complaint and her silly out of reviewWe found things wrong with the house up include foundation issues abs electrical issues We did the job correctly and because we refused to pay for a window months afterwards she's attacking my business online just like she said she would all because I didn't feel it's our responsibilityWe give warranties for each inspection and tell our clients to go over the house and use the warranties providedThe window was months after warranty ran out
