I cannot say enough good things about GoSouthernMD. My son was undergoing surgery which required him to be bedridden for at least 4 weeks. He cannot use stairs or be on his feet longer than a trip to the bathroom. I researched rental electric hospital beds and called GoSouthern. [redacted] was more than helpful. He explained everything in detail, and even though I called on a Friday and needed the bed on Tuesday, he told me not to worry he would see to the arrangements and try to make sure the bed was delivered and set up in time. Not only did the bed arrive on Tuesday, in pristine condition (I could swear it is new) but the gentleman, [redacted], who delivered it was so thoughtful and put the bed together making sure that everything was done correctly. I simply cannot say enough for this company. The price was far less than I thought. This was a bonus for us as the bed does not fall under our son's insurance plan. I realize that this company is one that you would call in not too happy circumstances, but should you need their service, I would not hesitate to call. As far as I'm concerned...they are Aces!
