Goshen Farm & Lawn Center, Inc.

I recently took a push mower and a lawn trimmer to Goshen Farm and Lawn. I was very happy with the work done on my mower. However, it took almost 6 weeks to get my trimmer back and this was only after I went out there once and called twice. When I went to check on my trimmer, they couldn't even find it! And at 3:30 in the afternoon all the mechanics had left for the day and did not leave any information! The woman at the desk said she would find out about it the next day and call me to let me know what was going on. I never heard from her again! I called back today, one week later, and it took several minutes to get someone on the phone who knew what was going on. He stated he found a trimmer, but there was no paperwork with it and he didn't know if it was mine or not! Is this any way to run a business? He did call me back and let me know it was, in fact, my trimmer. I will not take my business there again. It appeared to be very disorganized and lacked communication. Very disappointing.
