Gorilla Superstore

Review: We sent [redacted] funds to Gorilla Superstore in the amount of $2,400.00 on 11/11/14 for one lot of 72 refurbished NEC phones. We only received a small quantity of the phones we paid for in advance and, of those, seven were defective. We contacted Jon Chafee (the owner) on numerous occasions and he kept indicating we would get the phones. These were needed for outstanding orders so we had to buy the phones from other vendors (for considerably more in some instances) and expedite shipping in order to fulfill our obligations to our customers. The balance due from the initial $2,400 we sent (since we did receive some phones) was $2,160.00. Finally at the beginning of December, 2014 we were told we would be refunded the $2,160.00. Then we kept being told we would be paid in a few days, he was getting payment any day now from another customer, etc. i.e. just like what he did with promising shipment of the phones but never actually fulfilling his obligations.I will gladly provide e-mails with him promising to pay the $2,160.00 if you need them. The most frustrating thing he is now selling these phones owed to us on Amazon.com.Desired Settlement: We would like to be paid the $2,160 balance he owes us as promised in writing on several occasions.
