I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. This business did come out and complete the repair work. Although I am still unsatisfied with how my multiple requests for repair were handled, the work is done and although not 100% right, I am willing to accept the work as complete and finished. I appreciate your support in getting [redacted] to make this repair as I feel strongly that he would not have done so without hearing from you.

Review: I had waterless grass installed in my back yard in July of 2014. Several days after the installation, I noticed a section of the grass that is completely flat, unlike the rest of the yard. I have contacted the owner of the company, [redacted], multiple times through phone, email and text. His responses have been that it will get done "sometime" and for me to have patience. He last promised me it would be done before Christmas and yet nothing has been done. My last email to him (12/29/14) has never been responded to. The grass has an 8 year warranty claiming to fix any problem to the customer's satisfaction. The flat grass area is very noticeable and unattractive.Desired Settlement: I would like the area with the flattened grass to be completely replaced.
