This letter is in response to a complaint filed about REMAX realty one. The customer has complained that her real estate agent submitted an offer that did not get presented to the seller of the property. Her offer was presented to the owner of the property. At the time the offer was presented Ms....

E[redacted] presented other offers with the aforementioned customer's offer. Another offer was accepted and the real estate agent representing Ms. [redacted] was informed that another offer was accepted before the time limit on her offer expired. I have attached a letter from the seller indicating that he in fact did receive her offer and accepted another offer. According to Indiana License Law, Ms. E[redacted] is not required to provide a written rejection of offers, just to inform the selling agent in a timely manner.
