Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My complaint was, "Their response to emails was to have me call There has been no response to my call." This is true I explained in my complaint that I received a response to have me call Gordon's email is confirmation that what I said in the complaint is true I called Nick and neither Nick, Gordon or Dan has returned my call or made any attempt to correct the problem of the cement Sincerely, [redacted]

We have been in constant contact with [redacted] during the past month, working to resolve the issues he's been having The subcontractor who originally did the work we are having issues with went out of business, so we've had a new subcontractor working to fix that work and then we'll be able to fix the other issues, which stem from the original issue Prior to about a month ago, we were unaware of all issues, except the shower door leak issue, which has taken some time to resolve because the old company went out of business during the resolution period Within the past week we've spoken with [redacted] several times and are trying to arrange time frames to resolve all issues at hand
