FAILURE TO INFORM OF TAXE PAYMENTS DUE RESULTING IN FINANCIAL PENALTIESAs a client of [redacted] we were not informed that a partial tax payment of $112.21 would be required after Mr. [redacted] filed for an extension for our return. In addition, when we signed the completed return on 5/20/15 he failed to verbally alert us of a 2015 tax prepayment of $2,670 due 6/15/15.As a consequence of these two actions, we received an IRS bill on 6/16/15 for $150.09. As a client of Mr. [redacted] we faxed the IRS bill to his office on 6/22/15, with no subsequent response.
