This appraiser has incorrectly marked my neighborhood as being on a private road and it has halted my loan and stand to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars if the deal falls through at this 11th hour. The appraiser has admitted that he could not verify and is refusing to correct at this 11th hour. I am never been more furious and I need him to correct asap.

Good morning,
We have received this correction from the lender/client on 08/20/2019 and on the same day correct version was sent back to them.
The issue should be resolved. There is a proper channel to follow to make these type of corrections in appraisal business because so many parties involve in transactions.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can do.
Thank you for your business!

I have received another letter this afternoon. I have sent back correct version to *** on 08/20/2019, who is the intended user of this report.
*** has to ask *** of the copy of the report. I have to follow ethic rules, I can’t send directly to *** because *** assigned me to perform this appraisal.
Thank you for your business!

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
I have made repeated requests fro the revision and time is running out, I have also cancelled the payment since the appraiser has recognized " p.p1 {margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 11.5px Helvetica; color: #275d90}
First of all sorry for the late response. I understand your frustra6on about this issue and I
apologize.
Due the course of appraisal inspec6on in townhouse communi6es, there is no such ways to
determine whether the streets are maintained by homeowner associa6on or county/city.
