Goose Bay Marina

This customer has brought his boat to our marina for winter storage for the past several yearsIt is our policy that “non-Goose Bay Members” that want to store their boat during the winter must have a winterization performed by Goose Bay as we are a full service marinaThis customer had been told
this numerous times but would always do this service himselfFor this reason alone, he was asked to not bring his boat here again for winter storageIn addition, each time there was ever any service performed on his boat, he would complain about the bill, stating he didn't authorize the work (which he is speaking of one instance)This being said, our technician spoke to him and explained why he had fixed this one particular problem and we gave him a discount on the total chargesAs far as the charges to his credit card, there is an $charge for storage each month and he provided Goose Bay with his credit card for us to charge each month rather than paying this in full at the time he brought the boat to us in the Fall of There was never a question of any charges to his credit cardThis complaint is brought to you now because last week we told him that he could not store his boat here this winter, as was told to him months ago by MrJoe B*** (one of the owners at Goose Bay)If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to give me a call.Sincerely,Karen C***
