Goonst Hardscapes

Review: Goonst resealed my hardscape patio areas in April of 2014. Within 6 weeks the seal was peeling off. I called Goonst and was told they needed to return to acid wash the cement. I was told they would return later that same week to do the work. They never returned and have not returned my calls or messages. I left multiple messages and called many times. It has been 3 months since I reported the problem to them and have not had any progress.Desired Settlement: I would either like Goonst to come repair the areas which are peeling off (which is increasing every day) or refund my money so I may hire another company to repair the work done by Goonst.
