As the customer has pointed out on numerous occasions there are other companies (which she has used before) that will provide the service she requires We suggest using one of them if you she does not want to pay the fees we charge Ambler Fireplace has offered to provide service on the unit she requested at an agreed upon price and agreed upon conditions in a phone conversation with her on July 18th After the agreement was sent to the customer as discussed on the phone she subsequently decided to add additional services to the agreement and did not want to honor the agreed upon price during the phone conversation We, as a [redacted] fire dealer will inspect the unit and point out any issues or problems but will not clean chimneys as told to the customer on many occasions as we are not performing that service She has the agreement and it is now up to her if she would like to honor what was discussed and agreed during the phone conversation or utilize the services of a different company

NO PARTS WILL BE REMOVED !!!! [redacted]-fireplace insert from Rick Urie the owner of Ambler fireplace and Patio. Five months later I called for service to have the [redacted]-fireplace insert serviced Mike arrived at my home he needed to use my bathroom when Mike came out of the bathroom Mike told me that they DON'T SERVICE THE [redacted]-FIRE INSERT AND THAT THEY ONLY DO INSTALLATION I TOLD MIKE THAT'S NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD 5 MONTHS. MIKE TOLD ME THAT HE'S ON HIS WAY TO ANOTHER JOB AND HE LEFT.Five months after purchasing this unit I tried to contact Rick U[redacted] but he doesn't return calls. I must have called 6 XI contacted [redacted]fire.com ###-###-#### I spoke to Joslin case # [redacted] I was told WHEN THEY SEEL THE UNITS THEY SERVICE THEM.I search [redacted]fire fireplace list for an authorized dealer and they are all out of my area except one [redacted] I called them and they aren't familiar with the insert. I called at least 6 other dealers and they are all far away and nobody wants to travel.The customer is correct in stating that we sell, service, and install [redacted]fire products. We have been in business since 1968 and have been selling, installing, and servicing [redacted]fire products for almost as long. We ALWAYS stand behind warranties on everything we sell and will service any product for our customers as long as our technicians feel safe in the environment in which they are working. Unfortunately in this situation the technicians do not feel safe or comfortable in this customers home due to the past history in the condition of her home, the manner in which she chooses to conduct herself, her language, and demanding nature in blaming employees to fix unrelated items and issues that are totally unrelated to the fireplace. We regret not being able to service this product, however, the working conditions prohibit us from going back to what we consider to be unsafe work environment that may put our technicians are risk for additional unfounded culpability to her house and unit.
