covered the cost of replacing the transmission because that was covered by my warranty contract, as are the repairs that are needed now The warranty company is denying the claim because the lift kit, which was on the truck at the time of purchase, was not disclosed to them by Andy Mohr There is a line in the contract that stipulates this, and someone at your dealership failed to let them know If they would have been notified, this work would be covered.The money I had to pay to my mechanic is a small part of this I need the repair work done at no cost to me and my rental vehicle cost reimbursed.

No. At no point did I receive an estimate from the dealership. My truck was on the dealership lot for three weeks, so you think I would have been able to get this type of information, but I was not able to get anyone to return my calls.

Did the customer receive an estimate to get the vehicle fixed at our dealership?

Review: I had brought my car in for an oil change. I was told I needed 4 new tires because the inside surfaces were worn. After I explained that I had a protection service agreement (warranty) with them, they told me to wait until the next oil change to get new tires as there wasn't enough mileage for the warranty to be effective. Why was it so urgent to get new tires until they were informed about the warranty? Clearly trying to sell someone goods when it benefits them, not for safety reasons.Desired Settlement: Complete replacement of 4 tires at no cost!
