[redacted] both offered Miss [redacted] to first reheat the food, second bring her newly cooked food and finally to remove the food she ordered off of her check.  This is our standard procedure after apologizing and trying to fix the situation.  Miss [redacted] told [redacted] "She was a great server and did not want to bother her with having to remove the items off of her check." We were all surprised at the notice we received in regards to this incident.  Miss [redacted] is more than welcome to come to the diner and she will receive a $15.02 credit on any meal she purchases.  We are baffled by the turnabout of here actions at the diner compared to what she has stated in her complaint to you.  If you have any questions feel free to contact me directly at [redacted] or my partner [redacted] at the same #.  Respectfully, [redacted]
