After the glass was ordered, a workman showed up unannounced when no one was home The worker called me at a doctor's office asking if there was a way he could get in to install the glass! Next, two workers arrived with glass for another job They were given the wrong address! Finally, someone showed up with our glass only to find that the measurement was off & they would have to have a piece recut When the right-sized glass was finally installed (4th attempt), I discovered that it was poorly installed There was a slight bulge which would only get worse - just the worst of several problems I finally paid a handyman $to do the job right
