Goodwill

My aunt is disabled and went shopping goodwill at the Franklin Boulevard Sacramento California she is currently disabled and her back was hurting so she leaned up against the wall while waiting in line then the manager had to ask her what she's doing and she said her back hurts so she's leaning against the wall he said to my aunt that she has no business being in there shopping if she is handicapped and he had also said that he does not give a [redacted] about her back ache

Company spoke with the consumer and he is going to get a credit for the items he purchased next time he is in the area and the consumer stated he was fully satisfied with the offer.

To whom it may concern, your a/c at your store in homestead is broken. People had to stand in line for an exteded period of time in the heat because as I was told it was "goodwills policy" to use the register without an atm terminal first. When the cashier had an atm card she had to stop what she was doinging and go around to the other register. Not only did I call the number in "New York" which told me they could not relay a message to let you know. The people that were working there had a smile on their face while they were dreanched in sweat! I hope this issue is taken care of.
