Review: I made a purchase on s[redacted] through this store for an IPad 2 with wifi and 32g. The seller noted that they could not power on the device and did not know if it was working or not. The listing did state that the item was not returnable unless there was a discrepancy with the listing.

I received the Ipad for $101 plus $16 in shipping. The ipad would not work after being charged. I took the Ipad to the Genius bar at the [redacted] store and spoke with [redacted]'s customer service via telephone and basically I bought a useless $101 ipad that is damaged/broken. The ipad is locked by the previous owner and can not be used by anyone else unless the original owner unlocks its.

I contacted Goodwill in Sacramento and [redacted] told me that we could work something out. They still refused to allow me to return the ipad and will not issue a refund. I am trying to re-sell the ipad for parts on ebay but have been unsuccessful. [redacted] keeps dragging this issue out and has not come to any reasonable solution to the matter. It is of poor business practice to take $101 of someone's money on a product that is a piece of garbage. [redacted] has not offered any solution and tells me to keep waiting on ebay to sell it for parts but I will not be made whole.Desired Settlement: return of ipad or refund issued.

Review: I purchased what was described as a Balenciaga bag on the online auction. It turned out to be fake. I emailed and was told I could send the bag back for a refund, but I would not be reimbursed shipping and handling. Additionally, I would have to pay for the return cost, as well. This item was not as described and is counterfeit, and I feel it is unfair for me to pay shipping and handling costs when this item was not as described.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund, including the cost of shipping and handling.
