Goodwill Central Coast took my payment of nearly *** and did not ship the item due to COVID-19 issue but offered no shipping date at all.

Other (requires explanation) GW Central Coast did not ship my item but took my payment of nearly *** even though they said they could not ship my item. They gave no shipping date. I complained, rightfully so. I want the item. They said they would refund but also then give the item to the next bidder. They, today issued a refund, however, have not informed me if they have now given the item to the next lower bidder. I Want the ITEM. I will gladly pay for it when it's shipped, not weeks or months in advance.
