The dog bed to help with stress animals is not the produce that I received. They show a fluffy bed and provide size to get for you dog. The bed is not fluffy and is not the size for my dog. I chose the size according to the chart and went a size up to make sure. This produce is a flop and dishonest About what you receive. I will be asking for my money back. I am not satisfied with the produce for my dog. I didn't want to give a one star but you have to give something.
I HAVE CONTACTED THEM MANY MANY TIMES ASKING THEM TO CANX ORDER BECAUSE OF THE CORONA VIRUS OUTBREAK IN CHINA AND THEY INSISTED I KEEP THEM. THEY ARE ON MY PORCH WITHOUT MY ACCEPTING THEM FROM FED EX AND I WILL NOT TOUCH THEM AS THEY DELIVERED THEM IN SPITE OF WHAT I ASKED THEM TO DO WHICH WAS CANX AND REFUND MY $79.98 back TO PAY PAL. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER MY E-MAILS AND HAVE NO CONTACT NUMBER.

I fully understand her concern.
The goods has no problem!
First,the virus mainly transmitted from person to person through contact and droplets,So far,there have been no cases of infection from objects.
Second,WHO issuses a special notice stating that packages and cargo were not at risk of infection.Not to mention croo-border trade.
Third,our government has taken strong measures to prevent the spread of the virus,even extending holidays and suspending some industrial production.The area where our factory is not a major outbreak area,and none of our emoployees are sick.
In addition, we have successfully delivered customer orders.

I repeatedly asked this company via e-mail starting on February 7, 2020 to canx this order as I was not comfortable and e-mailed them 4-5 times again. They agnored my requests and insisted. I asked them to cancel this order and refund my $79.98 back to my PayPal account. I also asked them to have Fed Ex remove them from my porch where they continue to sit as I refuse to touch them. They have refused to please ME the customer as they are doing right now everytime. I asked this the beginning of February and continue to ask for my money back and Fed Ex pick them up and return them to this company.
Since the package has been sent and successfully delivered, we cannot refund.
I tried thru Revdex.com to have this company GoodStart. *** North *** whose website is *** settle my claim and return my money and pick up packages whom I asked to canx my order 5 times and they refused insisting it was safe from China . I cancelled right away a few days after ordering and hearing about the Corona Virus in China. They insisted I should keep them no matter what I asked. They shipped them ANYWAY and they are at this time on my front porch. If you are smart NEVER, NEVER EVER order from these people. I shop online all the time but will tell everyone I know to beware of this company as they are do not care about the customer but only GREED for MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
