I ordered a hospital bed, that was supposed to arrive in working condition. Upon arrival it was found damaged abs unusable until parts could be ordered. Good Medical was contacted and said they would pay for the parts. After several attempts asking about the parts they just kept stating the same thing, they would pay for the parts, then finally stopped responding at all. PayPal was contacted and Good Medical said they would issue a film trend if the bed was shipped back by the 26th of Feb., which was impossible to do as this notification was sent on the 16th of Feb. The bed would need to be removed from its location and a special pallet built again, also a carrier would need to be contacted and the bed picked up. All, we asked Good Medical to do is cover the parts and labor cost to repair the damage. They were given the contractors name and phone number after they asked. Which was sent 3 times at their request, which they still did not make contact with myself or the contractor to discuss the issue.
