Review: On August 4 2015 (3 days ago) I gave them a $2000.00 deposit as good-faith to show them I am serious buyer for a $70,000.00 car. I had a pre-purchase inspection done by Haik's German Autohaus. Haik advised a list of findings which included that the convertible roof motor was making a very loud noise and needed to be replaced.1. I asked them to have roof motor fixed by a Porsche dealer. They refused to fix the roof and at that time told me that me deposit was non-refundable. I never received the promised purchase agreement or invoice from them. In fact they never mentioned the deposit being non-refundable till I asked them to make repairs. 2. I also just found out that the car was re-painted and this completely changes the value of the car. I was told by them that the car was never in an accident or repainted.3. I did not take delivery of the car and therefore demand my $2000.00 deposit be returned in full. Over these past 3 days they have continued to advertise the car on the internet and eBay, so they have lost nothing.Desired Settlement: Refund my deposit in full.
