I hired Blue Cactus Pool Service in Feb to maintain my poolI paid $for the start up (check water, equipment and evaluate my pool)Per Blue Cactus Pool they wouldn't service the pool unless it was in excellent conditionIn May I was informed Blue Cactus dividing, Blue Cactus to service equipment and Goodfellas to maintain the weekly service of cleaning & chemicalsOn 7/12/I asked the tech Jeremy to sweep the bottom of the pool as it was dirty from the recent monsoonHe did a quick sweep, tested the water & stated there wasn't any chlorineHe stated he would "hit it hard"I left for workWhen I arrived home from work that same day I couldn't see the bottom of my poolI contacted Shawn with Goodfellas immediatelyHe stated Jeremy put shock in my pool which is why it was cloudyI asked if the pump was to be on, he stated yes yet my pump had not been on I had to turn it onMy pool was sitting over hours with chlorine and no movementAfter going back and forth
