When choosing the "complaint type" I wish there was an "all of the above" option. This company sold me a car with serious problems after assuring me that it was in excellent condition, as soon as I drove it off the lot, everything broke. They committed odometer fraud (pending investigation) forged documents to state lower mileage on the car and rolled back the odometer. I found out when I pulled the CarFax report for myself, the one shown to me at the dealership was falsified. When I called to let them know about some electric issues that were not disclosed before the sale, they kept blowing me off and telling me to call back at a later time. I kept getting sent back and forth between their various locations before they finally decided to send me to a shop to drop off my car. Their mechanic was wasted, reeked of alcohol and ended up cracking the door panel in an attempt to fix the window with the electric problem. I am absolutely appalled by their negligent and fraudulent business practices. They took advantage of me as a single mother with 2 young children, putting me in an unsafe car. From the problems I've found out about in the less than 2 weeks I've had the car, I'm afraid to know what other major problems this car has that the shady salesman did not disclose.
Refund I want a full refund from this company. But most importantly, I want this information to be known. I don't want another person to buy a car from them and have the same problems, or worse.

we have did everything in our power to help an go beyond all means to help this customer.first off let me say that Mrs. has never once called or acted upon any of this it is always another person who is calling and making threats to our business about fraud an posting on Facebook that we rolled her odometer which is a false claim.
every time we make a appt for her she never shows up an also we as a business have heard many times that the car was going to be returned and still no one ever shows up.which is always the girlfriend whos making all these attempts an claims but never once from the actual customer who purchased the vehicle. the vehicle was purchased from treasure coast auto auction as a green light ride and drive vehicle an sold to us as actual miles which they have said that we can return the vehicle to get our full refund in which we will give *** her refund but know one at our company has heard from *** ever like I said its always someone who has nothing to do with the deal contacting us.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Whenever I have tried reaching out to the company, I have been brushed off, insulted and completely disregarded. Not one person from Good Rides has done anything to try to resolve this issue. When I informed the company that I had reported them to both the DMV and the Revdex.com, *** (the salesman) told me "I'm not scared of you and your threats" then told me when I wanted to "man up" and talk to him in person, to come by. I stopped by the business yesterday and *** avoided me at all costs and refused to even make eye contact with me. Not once was I ever told that I would receive a refund. In fact *** told me I would NOT be getting me money back, there were no conditions as he stated above. They didn't tell me if they got a refund, they would give me one. It was a straight "no" and a rather rude response from a "professional" company. I was able to speak with the business owner who actually had no idea any of this was going on. He was actually somewhat helpful and said they would look into the mileage discrepancy (even though I presented him with all the proof, signed by law enforcement to verify it). He offered to at least try to fix some problems with the car until I am able to get a refund. So now, I am without a car and without my money until who knows when I am able to get my refund. I am done dealing with this company and this extremely rude sales person. They couldn't even put me in contact with the business owner until I tracked him down myself. The responses you are receiving from Good Rides aren't even from the owner, it's the sales man that has been lying through his teeth and been absolutely unprofessional throughout this entire process.
I have read this complaint and have contacted the customer. I am working on resolving this issue to the customers satisfaction, and will send a follow up as soon as we reach some type of agreement
