Good Ranchers

I have had one good box from Good Ranchers so I thought I would gift a box to my brother for Christmas. The meat arrived delayed and defrosted and I called and left messages, filed out the online form and called again. I just can't get a response. My brother's family got a box of rotting meat for Christmas and I am left wondering if I cancel my subscription or what. I guess I will have to wait and see what happens. So far, not a good experience when things go wrong.

I bought a trial order. Needless to say, it didn't go well. I got a shipment of beef that was delicious, but my chicken shipment was sent 3,000 miles away. The tracking number I was given showed it as delivered to Chino, CA. I can only hope someone was there to receive it. Perhaps they look up at the stars wondering who their mysterious benefactor may be.

It was me! Not by choice! I wanted their chicken, because it was supposed to be MY chicken!

And the worst part is that I can't get any response from Good Ranchers. It has been over two weeks, and I have yet to receive a reply. 49146. I have my order number memorized now. I will get it tattooed to my mouse hand and I will keep writing them until I get a refund on the half of my order that got ship-jacked.

I failed to do a thorough review search on good ranchers, prior to ordering. After 2 weeks of placing an order I received my box. The meat was 95% defrosted and unedible. I would never recommend this company. Customer service is non-existent. They do not provide a telephone number to contact them. They take several days to respond to emails. I hope I'm able to get my money back.

Not happy we were thrown out big numbers and offered “discounts” that turned out to be the regular prices the weight/sizes vary drastically almost $300 for maybe $100 worth of meat. I’m so disappointed in this entire experience. We went for the “special“ $35 for 20 “thick cut steaks since we’ve been trying to save money and it’s been hard with work because of the pandemic we thought we were getting a deal but all we got was sub par quality at premium prices and promises of donations to charities. Purchased from just outside the Galleria mall in Henderson, NV.

The young man at the San Tan village location had great customer service and a heart of gold.

We purchased on April 11th at the Gurnee Mill parking lot, in Illinois over 250 dollars worth of meat. And we gave him a great tip as well. After a month and half later we have tried all the different steaks. And it is the worst steak we have ever had in our life. Today was the final straw, I had to write to the Revdex.com. it was my husband birthday and he wanted steak on the grill and I thought we would try one more time with the steak, and we pulled out the 3 filets. We had to throw out 2 1/2 of the meat, since it was just so tough. Very disappointed and this business should not be allow to sell meat.

We met these guys out here in Conroe, TX glad we did they have the absolute best steak's and meat. Don't settle for less like those grocery stores but the best from Good Ranchers you'll be glad you tried them we sure did. We're customers for life now!

Love their beef & chicken. We bought a quarter cow along with extra filets and chicken. Some of the most flavorful & juicy meats. The chicken breasts are the best. Never dry no matter how you cook them. Looking forward to them coming back to my town so I can restock. Highly recommend!

Due to some meat processing issues, was open to new ideas. Saw Good Rancher and decided to check them out, very friendly and knowledgeable guys. Trey was dynamite. The beef is excellent. My gramps was a butcher. He would love the cuts that I bought.

The peppered steak was out of this world. Hoping they find another location in Chicago so I can see them again

We went to the tent in Las Vegas' Meadows Mall a few weeks back for the $29 deal. Jason, your rep, was awesome and slowly talked us in to a package deal. The freezer is full. The steaks have been great and last night we finally cooked the plain ol' chicken and it was so tender and tasty. I have been looking for a used freezer for the garage since we are packed up in the house. Will definitely be going back. Steaks thawing for the BBQ tonight. Great stuff!

I spent $250 on May 6th 2020 on the ranchers package. I went to the Austin, TX (Lakeline location). The staff was very nice and was adhering to COVID-19 procedures. Six feet apart and only one person at a time. Unfortunately, I’m not a happy customer by far. First of all, the quality was terrible, the meat was tough and had a strong smell – I marinated overnight and still the steaks weren’t edible and even the filet mignon was tough. Secondly, I was told I’m getting OVER 20 pounds of meat – it was only about 13 pounds. This whole ordeal was a disappointment and I feel ripped off.

These guys do a great job.

Gave us a good deal and there was shade provided for waiting customers. I came in the afternoon, after 2pm. They had run out of chicken but only 2 people in line and a huge truck full of steaks.

I purchased the filets at a great price. They were delicious and restaurant quality. My only regret....I wasn't able to purchase more. My freezer is already full, but we are working on it. I will get that side of beef yet! You won't regret your purchase from Good Ranchers

I spent $191.50 on March 7th 2020 in Northridge Ca.the steck package was horrible. Steaks where below avervage. No steak that I prepared was tender. Quality grade = D-! I will never recommend Good Ranchers.

Very pleased with the product that was offered. Good price for the amount of meat received. Staff was friendly and not pushy. Would do business with them again.
